| Our Member Service specialists receive
intensive training on all aspects of finding the right health practitioner
and confirming that they are current in our program. One element of our
service that makes our program unique amongst others is the call that we
make on behalf of our member, assuring them that their chosen health practitioner
is opted into our program and informing the practitioner's office of the
upcoming visit by our member. With other health programs, once the member
has arrived at the health practitioner's office, they may find that the
practitioner has moved or has opted out of their program, or worse, being
forced to pay the full price of the service. |
