| Each physician or medical group in this
network has been fully credentialed and has agreed to accept a reduced fee
for services rendered to our members. Fees are established according to
usual and customary physician fees by region. The program provides savings
to members who do not have health insurance or to members who require services
that may not be covered by their health insurance. Besides our member services reps calling on behalf of our member, our member receives an introductory letter to present to the practitioner’s office to assist office personnel on accessing our special member rates. There are no age or medical history restrictions, no deductibles, and no claim forms to file. |
