| Eye Exams and Surgical Procedures |
| You can call Customer Service and find out if discounts on eye exams are available in your area. The network contracts with ophthalmologists, (who are M.D.’s) in selected markets across the United States to provide you with discounts on eye-exams and surgical procedures. These include LASIK surgery as well as PRK surgery. You can save up to 30% on physician and facility fees, on medical eye exams and surgical procedures (including refractive laser surgery). |
| Mail Order |
| Replacement contact lenses can be ordered through our mail order service at up to 60% discounts from retail costs. All major brands and types of contact lenses are available through the mail order service. Members can call and receive price quotes for brands and types of lenses over the telephone. Non-Prescription sunglasses can also be ordered through the mail order service at discounts of up to 25% on major brand name sunglasses. |
| If a member is dissatisfied with a purchase at a retail location or through the mail order service, they can receive a full refund on the returned eyewear, if returned within 30-days. If a member finds a lower price on prescription eye wear purchased through a participating location within 30 days, the difference will be refunded. |
