all of the largest retail chains, as well as smaller independent pharmacies,
into a common and consistent discount program. Through our agreement with
one of the nation’s premier prescription drug management organizations,
over 30,000+ pharmacy locations welcome our membership card. This program
may provide significant discounts for many of your prescriptions, up to
65% or more! You are always assured the lowest possible price each and every
time you use this program. You and your entire family are covered. Some
pharmacies may already be pricing their high volume prescriptions with significant
discounts. Certain drugs are sold as “loss leaders” and the
pharmacy’s usual and customary charge - (retail price), may be lower
than our discounted price. In this situation, members will pay the store’s
lowest price. In some cases your prescription cost may not be less than before. However, by using your membership card at a participating pharmacy, you will always pay the lower of the pharmacy or plan price, which ever is less. Your pharmacist does not know the plan price until the prescription is filled and submitted via their on-line computer. Prices other than the usual and customary price of the medications cannot be obtained before the prescription is filled. |
